EATALIA is a wordplay on words ‘eat’ and ‘Italia’ (a.k.a. Italy). The name is not a coincidence, since we serve typical Italian cuisine – and other unique dishes.
The restaurant offers top quality Italian cuisine with French and Polish elements in a modern edition, nominated for the prestigious guide Gault & Millau. Eatalia is the winner of the Culinary Fest 2016.
There are no artificial ingredients, monosodium glutamate, preservatives, etc. in our kitchen. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. The highest quality of the food is ensured by our Chefs, Dominik Skuba and Michał Kolbertowicz, who prepared this authorial menu. In the restaurant EATALIA you will find the original Mozzarella di Bufala of Campania, real Italian cheeses: Pecorino, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, unusual ham: Parma and San Daniele, the world's best balsamico Giusti from Modena and many more.
Several of our dishes are prepared using Sous Vide – a modern techniquetechnique of cooking vacuum-sealed food. This method ensures the food is juicy, tender, and light. We were taught this technique by Bruno Goussault – its creator and mentor of the best chefs in the world.
EATALIA also offers a variety of vines carefully selected by our sommelier. We hope they suit your taste.
